Bio

Benyou got his master degree in TianJin University (oldest institution of higher education in the modern history of China founded in 1895) with the topic of "Quantum Information Retrieval", and he has wide of range of interest in Natural Language Processing and Deep Learning. In his three-year research, his co-authors and he have published several papers including top conferences like SIGIR 2017, CIKM 2015 and AAAI 2018. Especially, his paper about “IRGAN” won the best paper Honorable Mention in SIGIR 2017. Besides these research experience, he also completed some industrial projects including chatbot for customer service (deployed in Tencent Cloud) and CNN language model for the most popular Chinese input method application(Sougou). His current and future interests include (but not limited) include IR/QT/NLP/DL, detailly, IR tasks (Ad hoc Retrieval/Question Answering/Item recommendation), Quantum-inspired Neural Network, Language model, GAN in NLP, Image Caption and so on.
